REFUSAL POLICY

If the purchase of the property is not completed, and the Deed of Sale is not signed within the specified period (please refer to the terms of the deposit contract between the seller and the buyer), due to the fault of the buyer, the deposit paid will not be refunded to the client as per Article 1454 of the Spanish Civil Code.
